These sessions will assist you in owning the truest, most authentic version of yourself.

When you’re ready to truly understand the ways you’re holding yourself back, it can be helpful to have someone walk you through the process.

Steph is your deconditioning guide. These sessions are a unique combination of Steph’s knowledge surrounding Human Design, yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork, and sadhana practices to support your life. Steph has had a daily sadhana practice since March of 2016, and understands a wide range of practices that can support implementing specific energies into one’s life. The sessions after the initial chart reading will be unique to you. We will dive into your conditioning and what might be holding you back through intentional questions, and do any variety of practices including movement, breathwork, visualization, chanting, journaling, or talking it out.

Deconditioning sessions are designed to assist you in moving the needle in your life so that you receive tangible results. All sessions are held on Zoom.

What to expect:

  • Together you will do a thorough 60-75 minute reading of your chart to understand the nuances of the energetics.

  • Next session, you’ll talk through any specific challenges or obstacles you’re experiencing, and discuss your intention for what you want to shift and call in. Steph will personalize a sadhana (daily spiritual meditation/breathwork) practice for you and guide you through it. She’ll then be on-call to talk through what’s arising and any questions that come up.

  • Steph will check in with you via Voxer everyday Monday-Friday while you’re working together. You can reach out to her for questions, clarifications, and insights through the entirety of your time working together.

Options:

Depending on your goals and time availablility to commit to your deconditioning, you can choose to work together for 30 or 45 days.

    • 3 live 60-75 minute sessions

    • One personalized sadhana practice

  • 45 days includes:

    • 5 live 60-75 minute sessions

    • Two personalized sadhana practices

    • Voxer support Monday-Friday

    • Investment: $499
