Recalibration class
This experience will help recalibrate your body, mind, and soul through movement and meditation.
We will explore a holistic practice called Radiant Body Yoga, which merges Vinyasa, Kundalini, and the Tantric traditions. A typical class would include:
40 minutes of yoga to feel settled in your body
20 minutes of kriya to shift your energy
15 minutes of meditation
15 minutes of journaling
The yoga practice is designed to refresh and relax your body so that you feel prepared to go deeper into the present moment. Kriyas are powerful tools that help to break patterns and conditioning, and create new neural-pathways in the brain, opening up to new possibilities. The meditation could include mantra (chanting), visualization, breath techniques, or calming and focusing prompts. The entire practice will follow a theme that helps you align to your true nature and live according to your heart and spirit.
Private Class Opportunities:
If you’re looking for a customized class to focus on your individual goals, a private class is the way to go. Steph has extensive experience guiding students into:
Breathwork to cultivate whatever energy helps you feel more harmonized (energizing, calming, grounding, etc.)
Meditation for beginners and advanced practitioners
Subtle alignment to enhance ease in the physical poses
Arm balances and inversions
Backbends
Powerful classes to build strength
Grounding classes to relax your mind
