- MW Yoga Lounge 1:30-2:30pm 
- WF Soft & Slow 10:15-11:15am 
- Thursday Soft & Slow 12-1pm

Private Class Opportunities:
If you’re looking for a customized class to focus on your individual goals, a private class is the way to go. Steph has extensive experience guiding students into:
- Breathwork to cultivate whatever energy helps you feel more harmonized (energizing, calming, grounding, etc.) 
- Meditation for beginners and advanced practitioners 
- Subtle alignment to enhance ease in the physical poses 
- Arm balances and inversions 
- Backbends 
- Powerful classes to build strength 
- Grounding classes to relax your mind
