Looking to build a meditation habit? A daily practice can take time to establish, but with a bit of dedication it can turn into a routine as as brushing your teeth.

In this meditation series, you will receive a meditation a day to your inbox for 31 days. The series will build your understanding of meditation, while simultaneously deepening your commitment to your daily practice. The videos come from Steph’s May Meditation Challenge, so you can hear questions asked from other practitioners.

The meditations last between 25 and 45 minutes, and are a mix of Vedic, Kundalini, and ancient Himalayan meditations. All practices are posted to the group’s private YouTube playlist, which you’ll have access to for life.
